3.1 Refund and Transfer Policy for Services

a) Cancellation and Full Refund: You may request a full refund up to 14 days before the scheduled start date of a workshop or training program. Submit your request via Contact Us. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

b) Transfer Option: If you provide at least 7 days’ notice before the program start date, you may transfer your registration to the same program on another date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

c) After Deadline: Cancellations or transfer requests made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. This ensures planning and resource allocation for all participants.

4. Information Products

Information products include any digital download, video course, audio recording or e-manual produced by CivicSteward.

4.1 Refund Policy for Information Products

a) Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed less than 20% of the digital material. Submit your request with proof of access via Contact Us.

b) Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days. After the 7-day window or if access exceeds 20%, purchases are final and not eligible for refund.

Goods consist of any physical items sold through CivicSteward, including printed publications and merchandise.

5.1 Return and Refund Policy for Goods

a) Return Period: You may return goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us for a return authorization.

b) Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. For defective goods, we will cover shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

c) Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund to the original payment method will be processed within 14 days.

All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
